The Arizona Odyssey of the Mind Organization is currently divided into 4 Regions. You should contact your Regional Director with most questions. The boundaries are roughly by county. They are as follows (and are subject to revision without notice):

Northern: Mohave, Coconino, Navajo, Apache and Yavapai Counties(in pink on the map below)
Central: Maricopa, Northern Pinal, and Gila Counties (in green on the map below)
Southern: Pima, Southern Pinal, Santa Cruz, Graham, Cochise and Greenlee Counties (in purple on the map below)
Western: La Paz and Yuma Counties (in yellow on the map below)
