Opening Ceremony:

The designated team member that is to march in the Opening Ceremony needs to meet the State Director, Deanna Day, at a designated time and place before the ceremony begins. This team member should wear their state finalist t-shirts and carry the inflate that will be sent to the coaches or, if they don't arrive in time, at registration. The representatives will meet as a group and then parade into the arena and sit on the floor during the Opening Ceremony. Arrangements need to be made as to where they will meet the coaches, parents, or the rest of the team members after the ceremony. This event should be live on the internet at www.odysseyofthemind.com. The rest of the Arizona delegation will have assigned seats in the same section. The rest of the delegation should bring the inflate that will be sent to the coaches for each team member to carry/wave during the ceremony. Questions about the Opening Ceremony should be directed to Deanna Day.

Float and Banner:

Spectators are welcome and any adults that would like to judge the event should contact the State Director, Deanna Day. The team will have a description of their entry to be read as they parade around the arena. Questions about the Float and Banner event should be directed to Deanna Day.
