- Coaches Training – Saturday, November 8, 2025 @ EDUPRIZE Schools – Gilbert Campus in Gilbert from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Cost: $10/person.
- Spontaneous/Style Workshop – Saturday, January 10, 2026 @ Desert Oasis Elementary School from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Cost: $10/team.
- Judges Training – Saturday, February 7, 2026 @ EDUPRIZE Schools – Gilbert Campus in Gilbert from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
